Follow Up Appt At AMK Hospital

Today is the follow up appointment for me at Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital. Arrived at AMK hospital at about 11am. Then seen Dr Tjan at about 12 noon. After that got next appointment is on 22 Jun 05(Wed) 10 am which is the UDS appointment. After the appointment, went for a haircut and hairwash at a nearby hair saloon. Then get back home about 3pm.
