New Blogskin, New beginning

Finally, I am able to put up an official blogskin today. Thanks a lot to my internet friend that has made this beautiful blogskin for me.

Today is physiotherapy day again. Went to NUH rehab centre at about 3 pm. Today the physiotherapist is called JAmes. First he assessed my condition first. After that we went to another room and he told me to do leg stepping on stool exercise for about 5 mins. After that we go back to his room again and he help to bend my left ankle which is stiff and he helps to loosen it. After that, we went to the other room again and I do balancing exercise on a balancing board. When all the exercises finished, I went for payment and got home at about 6pm.
