Update On Mouse Problem

No more replies from HP email support.

The only alternative is to use the P/S 2 Serial Mouse Port.

1. Plug in the USB mouse with a USB to Serial converter,
2. Shut down power to the computer,
3. Plug in the mouse into the serial port,
4. On the computer,
5. Let the computer detect and install the serial mouse and everything is done.
