Today's Gaming And Ethnicity presentation. I used these 5 games for examples as perpetuating White supremacy:

1. Grand Theft Auto III

- Portrayal of whites are more life-like(using Hollywood actors to provide voice actings). Also the main player controlled character is Claude who is a White character that comes to Liberty City in order to claim it for his race.

2. Ethnic Cleansing

- Extreme Case of white supremacist(one of the only few extremely racist games that is available in the market as a full game)

3. NBA Ballers

- Sports games allow whites to experience playing as other races, thus experiencing their "physical and athletic prowess" without the real life discriminations.

4. Command And Conquer: Generals

- A simulation on the war on terror. Creating Arabs with stereotypical representations as being terrorists, thus portraying them as the bad guys, and hence legitimizing th e war against them.

5. Jade Empire

- Game based in China created by Canadian developers for Western players than exported to an Asian audience. Game is created from a wholly western perspective, which perpetuates Asian stereotypes, thus justifying white supremacy.
