Internet Firewall

Well, I just discovered the cause of my slow and insignificant internet download speed nowadays. The reason is the windows firewall that has been set up which limits the incoming connections to my computer. Not that after the firewall is disabled did I see any great improvement in speeds, but at least there is a slight improvement which is better than nothing.

How did I found out the cause of the problem? Basically, I did a compare and contrast method. I plugged in my USB cable for my previous internet connection which has settings that do not have firewall setup. And after that I remembered the settings for it, and replugged in the ethernet cable and set the same setup as that for the settings for the USB cable for the internet connection.
